Correct. Water is the only thing you can touch. Let me explain. On the outside of an atom, there are electrons. Now electrons have a negative charge to them. Since your body (and everything else) is made out of electrons, you have a negative charge around your body. What happens when you take two magnets and put both the negative or the positive sides together? They repel. That is what happens when you touch anything. And what you are feeling are the atoms pushing against each other which pushes on your nerves which makes it feel like you are touching something. Now what makes water so special is that it is polar. This means that it has a negative and positive side to it. What happens when you take two magnets and you put the opposite polarities together? They attract each other. This is what happens when you touch water. The negative (you) attracts the positive (water) until they touch. That is why water is the only thing you can touch.
