In single-player mode during gameplay, press Shift-C (which activates the chat interface). Now type in the following codes and hit Esc (rather than Enter) to cancel the chat. (Note: Unlike the cheats you can activate from the Option screen, you can use these and still succeed in a mission.)

DieDieDie: Kill target.
IamTheMaster: Win Mission.
GoingAndGoing: Unlimited Fuel.
ShootEmUp: Unlimited Ammo.
BigAssShields: Invulnerability.
WonderWoman: Invisibility.
