Pause the game and enter any of the following codes:

All Inventory: Press R1, R1, R1, R1, R1, L2, L2, L2, L2, L2.
All Keys: Press Up, Right, Up, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Right, Down.

Level Select:

Press Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Down, Up. If you entered the code correctly, Level Select should appear. Now quit the game, and on the main menu you will see a new option that says Time To Kill. Select it and press Right or Left to choose the level you want to enter. Press u to start playing.
