Big Head Kombat Kode: Start a two-player game, and at the Vs. screen before the fight, both players should each press Low Punch three times, Block twice, and Low Kick once (321-321). When the match begins, both fighters will have big heads.
Cheat Menu: At Options, highlight Continues, and simultaneously press and hold Run and Block on Controller One. If you entered the code correctly, a new Cheats menu will appear.
Play as Goro: At the Choose Your Fighter screen, highlight the Hidden box at the bottom of the screen, then press Low Punch, Up, Up, Up, Left, and simultaneously press Run and Block. When the match begins, you'll control the four-armed Goro.
Play as Noob Saibot: At the Choose Your Fighter screen, highlight the Hidden box at the bottom of the screen, then press Low Punch, Up, Up, Left, and simultaneously press Run and Block. When the match begins, you'll control the hidden character Noob Saibot. To play as Noob Saibot in a different outfit, at the Choose Your Fighter screen, highlight the Hidden box at the bottom of the screen, then press Low Punch, Up, Up, Left, press and hold Start, press Block, release Start, and simultaneously press Run and Block. When the match begins, you'll play as Noob Saibot in a different outfit.

At the Select Your Fighter screen, highlight any character listed below and enter the button presses.

Jax: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press L1, X, and R1 twice.
Johnny Cage: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press L1, X, and Cir three times.
Kai: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press Square, R1, and Cir three times.
Liu Kang: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press Tri, R1, and Cir three times.
Raiden: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press X, R1, and g twice.
Reptile: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press u, R1, and Cir twice.
Scorpion: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press Square, Tri, and R1 twice.
Sonya: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press X, l, and L1 three times.
Sub-Zero: Press and hold Start, then simultaneously press L1, R1, and Square twice.
