All-Stars Arena: Go into "Exhibition" mode and press X. This takes you to the "Exhibition" submenu. At this screen, press R1, L1, R1, L1, R2, L2, R2, L2. A new option will appear under "Qtr. Length" called "All Stars." Turn it on and you can play in the All-Stars Arena.
